Manchester United target Argentine midfielder Enzo Perez

Manchester United is ready to match a whopping £23.5m release clause for Argentina and Benfica midfielder Enzo Perez as per Express’ report.  The Argentina international was linked with the Red Devils during the summer following a successful season under Jorge Jesus, but the 28-year-old defender instead signed a new deal at Benfica. Since then, Louis Van Gaal has kept his tabs on Perez.

It is believed that Valencia too are interested in availing his services. It will be interesting to see if Van Gaal can actually lure the Argentine’s services.

Manchester United may rope in Aston Villa captain Ron Vlaar in January

Aston Villa captain and Dutch international defender, Ron Vlaar is tipped to join Premier League giants Manchester United in the January transfer window. Vlaar who is completing his tenure at Villa by next summer, reportedly has a buyout clause of £12million. Louis Van Gaal, who has a good relationship with the 29-year-old defender, is expected to use his position as former national team coach to lure Vlaar to United. Vlaar has a vast experience in Premier League and he may be the perfect solution to United’s defensive woes.

Manchester City to bid for Marco Reus

According to Manchester Evening news, Manchester City is ready to join Bayern Munich in the race to sign German attacker Marco Reus from Borussia Dortmund. The young German forward is currently one of the best in the world in his position and many clubs are reportedly behind the German sensation. Reus, whose contract expires next summer is likely to move out of the club. He has £29.4m release clause in his contract. Previously, Bayern Munich had signed two of his star team mates, Mario Gotze and Robert Lewandowski.

Liverpool may sell Fabio Borini to Inter Milan

Underperforming and misfit Liverpool forward, Fabio Borini may move out of the club in January. Liverpool is reportedly interested in selling the striker to Serie A giants Inter Milan in January. The Reds earlier tried to sell Borini to Sunderland in the summer for £14million transfer fee. Also Borini refused to join Quenns Park Rangers on the deadline day as the club was not ready to pay him £90,000-a-week wage. Borini just made two appearances for Liverpool in this season so far.
