Former Spanish players Antonio Lopez Habas will be entrusted with the role of manager for Atletico de Kolkata in the upcoming ISL. Habas started his managerial career way back in 1990 and has managed some top Spanish division clubs like Valencia, Celta and Sporting Gijón.
It is believed that the Spaniard will be unveiled as the Marquee manager by West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee tomorrow as reported by TOI.
A TOI source in the team revealed that the the team logo and the jersey too will be revealed tomorrow along with the marquee player and other players. There was no news on who the marquee player might be, however, it was confirmed that ex- Real Madrid midfielder Borja Fernandez will be one of the foreigners in the team.

The player himself revealed, “After 13 years in Spain, I’ve decided to take a break and experience an adventure abroad… Indian Super League: Atletico Madrid Kolkata.
“Thanks to the teams who tempted me to have another season in Spain, but I may not have this opportunity again.” (translated)
